Nothing provided through our services constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, or professional architectural advice.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Business results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

We make no guarantees regarding revenue growth, profitability, client acquisition, business performance, or any specific outcome resulting from participation in our programs or services.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Payments & Refunds

• All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Coaching, mentoring, courses, and digital products are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Missed sessions do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, frameworks, methodologies, videos, documents, resources, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of Profitable Architecture.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, sell, or republish any materials without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during coaching, mentoring, consulting, or group programs must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Profitable Architecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to services where these Terms are breached or inappropriate conduct occurs.
